This studio offers open, drop-in classes for students of all levels, a 8-week course for beginners (the ABCs of Yoga), and Yoga-to-Go (private Yoga sessions in your home or workplace).

The center is located in the "Quartier Latin" of the city, just outside the center. From Central Station take tram 16 or 24 and get off at Albert Cuyp Market. Walk into the market (after crossing the Ferdinand Bolstraat), turn right at the first street and you will find the studio on your right-hand side (with a blue door, just above a coffee shop).
