Course Details

This dynamic meditation employs deep, rapid breathing and purposeful body movement to activate and heighten awareness, vitality, and serenity within each of the seven chakras or centres of energy, subsequently infusing these qualities into your life. The accompanying music and bells provide energetic support throughout the process, marking the commencement of each stage. It is advisable to undertake this meditation on an empty stomach. This is an intense active meditation centered around breathwork. All are welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement
