Full Moon & Guru Purnima Meditation - FREE

Today we celebrate with meditation Guru Purnima and the Full Moon.

Guru Purnima is a day to express gratitude to all teachers who have guided us on our path of learning and personal growth.
•⁠ ⁠It is a time to reflect on the wisdom imparted by our gurus/teachers and to reaffirm our commitment to learning and self-improvement.
•⁠ ⁠In Hinduism, it is also known as Vyasa Purnima, celebrating the birth anniversary of the sage Veda Vyasa, who is revered for compiling the Vedas and writing the Mahabharata.
•⁠ ⁠Buddhists also observe Guru Purnima, commemorating the day when Gautama Buddha gave his first sermon at Sarnath.
•⁠ ⁠In Hindu tradition, Shiva is revered not just as a powerful deity, but also as a divine teacher, particularly in the form of Dakshinamurti. This aspect of Shiva represents him as the ultimate guru, imparting wisdom and knowledge of yoga, music, and the scriptures.
