Integration Month ( Level 23 )

Do you feel the need for more integration time on the Agama path?

Before we went online with our teachings, students were only allowed to do 7 Hatha Yoga levels in one year. This was to ensure that there was time for integration of the practices.

Since we started offering zoom classes, this requirement fell away. After some time of observation, we see the need to re-introduce integration time, but this time in a different way that we know many of you will appreciate.

HOW IT WORKS:

• A few times a year, instead of continuing to the next Yoga level, there will be an Integration Month. 
• There will be a two-hour practice class twice a week.

The purpose is to integrate the teachings and practices from previous levels and to encourage you to take a practice tapas to stay firm on your spiritual path
