“If the mind falls asleep, awaken it. Then if it starts wandering, make it quiet. If you reach the state where there is neither sleep nor movement of mind, stay still in that, the natural (real) state.” Ramana Maharshi
We invite you to join our free morning meditations – from Monday to Wednesday – 7:30 am to 8:20 am .
The morning is one of the easiest moments to meditate, during the day.
In a spiritual group, the beneficial effects of Sadhana, multiply.
A morning meditation, sets the tone, for the entire day.
Start your day with focus, contentment, and spiritual success.
The meditation will be conducted in silence. I will be meditating and the door will be open for everybody who wishes to meditate! During my practice, I emit a spiritual field of energy that will be beneficial for all and that will support your meditation. So please feel welcome to do your own meditation, while I do mine.
Requirements?
