Discover Inner Peace and Serenity Â
Discover peace, calm, and blissful serenity in every aspect of your life.
Join our monthly Shivaratri gatherings to connect more deeply with your own center of awareness and presence.
Through regular meditation on Shiva—our loving name for cosmic consciousness—many have uncovered hidden treasures within themselves, unlocking personal insights and inner strength they never knew they had.
Each month before the new moon, we share a unique aspect of Shiva to gently inspire your inner journey—supported by soul-stirring music and silent mantra meditation that leaves you feeling centered, peaceful, and renewed.
The Essence of Shiva Meditation
In spirituality, we increasingly discover the very Self that all beings share. Yogic traditions offer practices that beautifully blend thousands of years of wisdom with modern approaches, enabling you to dive deeply into meditative exploration.
Traditionally, Shiva is seen as divine consciousness—unchanging, eternal, and inseparably one with Shakti, the divine energy. Through this sacred unity, we approach Shiva from ever-renewing angles of inspiration, meditating on the many aspects of Shiva and how they integrate into both our spiritual and everyday lives.
Celebrating Maha Shivaratri and Monthly Gatherings
Each year, many yogis gather to celebrate the great Maha Shivaratri in late winter or early spring—an all-night vigil where all aspects come together. Today, during each monthly Shivaratri gathering, we focus more intimately on one of these aspects and explore its further differentiation of the absolute into human experience.
Integrating Spiritual Practice into Daily Life
This ongoing practice helps you stay connected to the energies of meditation, allowing you to integrate the benefits of your spiritual path into daily life. As your practice deepens, the full benefits unfold with the support of energetic yoga—a tantric approach that gently balances feminine energy and masculine focus through daily personal practice.

Ready to deepen your connection with Shiva and your inner self?
About two days before each new moon, join our monthly Shivaratri gatherings—an opportunity to explore a unique aspect of Shiva through guided meditation, soulful music, and mindful presence.
Experience profound calm, clarity, and renewal within a supportive community.
