The course is accessible for 30 days after the purchase. There are 15 hours of course materials available by Bodhananda.

Kashmiri Shaivism is a pure, idealistic philosophical system of knowledge, that might be considered from this stand point closest to the German idealistic philosophy of Kant, Husserl and Heidegger than to classical yoga. Nevertheless, there are a few texts which were designed by Abhinavagupta in order to offer in the same time a clear spiritual vision upon the manifestation and the possibility of a practical, efficient approach in order to easily attain enlightenment and liberation even for those not versed in the hardcore tradition of Shaivism. Paramarthasara is one of those texts. It offers at the same time a clear description of the process of manifestation , starting with the gradual limitation of the eternal being, continuing with the description of the condition of the soul, his limitations and karmic conditionings, and a clear path, based upon the action of the spiritual practice and the Divine Grace, towards the supreme stage of regaining the autonomy and freedom of the Shiva consciousness.

By participating in this workshop you will be in the same time introduced in the high level Kashmiri Shaiva teachings and also you will be guided, based upon those teachings, in order to experience yourself the ultimate consciousness.

TESTIMONIALS

“Abhinavagupta’s text provides a straightforward description of the structure of reality as taught in Kashmiri Shaivism. It quenched the thirst of the deeper layers of my intellect, very much to my satisfaction. The guidance of an experienced teacher is very valuable. Grace was received through the many answers that fellow participants and myself asked, throughout the meetings. In this way, the subject matter becomes relatable. Looking forward to the second and third parts of this workshop.” – Friso (Netherlands)

“During the third day of the Paramarthasara workshop, while listening to Bodhananda’s explanations of some sutras, I had a long moment of presence to my real Self, a state of detached consciousness towards me and the objects around, which amazed me. Usually, I have had only glimpses of this kind, very short moments of enlarged consciousness, but this time it was long, it was many continuous minutes, which gave me the impression I was embracing the world in my awareness. I realized that Bodhananda’s words and their spiritual content triggered this state of Bhairava mudra, with eyes large open, in me. Thank you Bodhananda” – Magda
